Immerse yourself in a unique experience in Rocabella on the occasion of its 2025 culinary residency. By staying there, you will have the rare opportunity to live at the pace of six creative chefs, who have come to explore sustainable, inventive cuisine that is deeply rooted in its territory.
Beyond full-board accommodation in an exceptional Mediterranean setting, you will be invited to share special moments, through two ephemeral dinners (May 2 and 9) and two Saturday brunches (May 3 and 10), the fruits of their collective research.
These meals are much more than taste experiences: they are moments of dialogue between culinary art, nature and guests.

Two exceptional evenings during which the resident chefs will offer a unique menu created by several hands. On the program: creative dishes, ethical sourcing, vegetable surprises and a sensitive dialogue between land and sea.
Saturday brunches — Saturdays May 3 and 10, 2025
Start your weekend with a reinvented Mediterranean brunch in a friendly atmosphere. An ideal opportunity to discover the fruits of the culinary experiments of the chefs, in a relaxed and generous atmosphere.
