1. By booking a stay at Domaine de Rocabella, you agree to the following conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Bookings
- Confirmation: All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking and upon entering the premises.
- Changes: Any changes to the reservation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, subject to availability.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to arrival do not result in any refund.
3. Rates and payments
- Rates: The prices displayed are in euros and include all taxes except tourist taxes of €4.45 per person per night which are additional.
- Payments: 30% of the total amount of the stay is required upon reservation, the balance is paid one month before arrival on the premises.
- Security deposit: A security deposit is required upon arrival to cover any damages or additional charges.
4. Arrival and departure
- Arrival time: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- Departure time: Rooms must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. Late departures may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellation: In case of cancellation more than one month before the stay, the 30% paid at the time of booking does not give rise to any refund.
- No-show: In case of cancellation less than one month before the stay or of no-show, no refund is made on the amounts already paid.
6. Children and Extra Beds
- Children: Children under 5 stay for free when using existing bedding. Extra beds may come at extra charge.
- Baby cots: Baby cots are available upon request and need to be confirmed when booking.
7. Pets
- Policy: Pets are not allowed on the estate. Exceptions can be made for service animals upon prior request.
8. Use of the Facilities
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities. Repair or replacement fees may apply.
- Safety: For safety reasons, the use of facilities such as swimming pools, sports fields, etc., is subject to specific rules posted on site. In all cases, the use of these facilities is under the exclusive responsibility of the customers, the domain cannot be held responsible for any accidents and damages resulting from the use of the customers. The estate declines all responsibility for access to the sea and its use.
- Tobacco Use : Due to our location in a classified natural area, tobacco use is strictly limited to designated areas outside buildings. Smoking is not allowed inside the buildings and in the rooms. An additional cleaning fee will be applied for non-compliance with this policy.
9. Responsibility
- Valuable items: The estate is not responsible for valuables left in rooms or other areas.
- Accidents: The estate declines all responsibility in the event of accidents or injuries occurring on the premises.
- To ensure the comfort and tranquility of all, we ask our customers to respect the following rules concerning noise pollution:
- Hours of silence : Calm must be respected between 22:00 and 09:00. During this period, excessive noise is strictly prohibited.
- Events and celebrations : Events or parties in rooms, gardens, or buildings must be approved in advance by management.
- Use of the facilities : The use of electronic devices (such as televisions, radios, etc.) must be done at a reasonable volume at all times.
- Failure to comply with the rules of tranquility may result in warnings, fines, or even expulsion without reimbursement.
10. Personal data
- Confidentiality: Your personal data will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy. They will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Modification of the Terms and Conditions
- Changes: Rocabella reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes affecting their stay.
12. Applicable law
- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulon, France.
