Nastasja Budjevac
Bio
Nastasja is a multilingual director and filmmaker based in Paris. Graduated fromENSA La Villette, she gradually made her way into the world of cinema. Since 2018, she has directed numerous short documentaries As well as some music videos.
Among his recent works, we find the short documentary “Relive your life”, which she wrote and directed in 2022 as part of La Femis Summer University program, as well as the documentary series “A series about Maurice Renoma”, a project commissioned by French artist Maurice Renoma in 2023. These two documentaries were screened in preview at Cinema La Brady in Paris during summer 2024.
Independent director, Nastasja generally works alone on all stages of production, from writing to filming, including post-production. She finds her inspiration In the streets of Paris, where she captures the spontaneity of encounters and exchanges with the strangers she meets. Through her eyes, she seeks to reveal the authenticity of a society that is often invisible, hidden behind contemporary individualist culture.
Residency project
For this documentary, Nastasja wishes to provide a more raw and authentic approach, free from the stereotypes and stereotypes often associated with the subject of sustainable tourism. True to its narrative style, combining humor and critical eye, she will seek to integrate this dimension into the film, adopting one tone at a time positive and deeply human.
Its aim is to Raise awareness among the spectator by offering a dynamic and accessible vision of sustainable tourism on the French Riviera. Instead of adopting a moralistic discourse, she wants to capture moments of life, spontaneous encounters and sincere exchanges, which make it possible to better understand environmental issues while maintaining a lively and engaging approach.
Always interested in ecological issues and deeply attached to France, this project represents for her much more than a professional experience: it is also A personal approach, an opportunity to explore and grow through a cinematic perspective that is unique to him.
