2025 is beginning, and what better way to start this new year than to offer you a weekend where art, nature, and conviviality meet? At La Rocabella, each year is a work to be sculpted, and our artistic residence under the direction of the sculptor Thomas Levy, organized around the theme “Seaside, Shore“, is an invitation to unleash your creativity and to be inspired by our enchanting Mediterranean setting.

This weekend is also an opportunity to meet renowned artists, such as Sila Candansayar, a promising sculptor on the rise. Originally from Ankara and currently studying at the Beaux-Arts in Paris, Sila brilliantly explores the links between philosophy and plastic creation. His work, presented internationally in prestigious galleries such as the Studio Studiolo in Milan, combines geometric shapes and organic fluidity, and is inspired by the sea and the Mediterranean landscapes that surround Rocabella.

During the residency, Sila and other talented artists will share their creative processes, ongoing works, and thoughts. Whether by attending technical demonstrations, chatting over a convivial dinner or even by getting your hands dirty during workshops, you will have an immersive and rewarding experience.

Sculpture, with its ability to transform raw material into something deeply expressive, is a perfect metaphor for life: a mixture of patience, experimentation, and creativity. At La Rocabella, where our gardens are full of sculptures, you will be immersed in a real open-air museum.
